Mutagen

Overview
Mutagen is a 2D top down shooter set in an overun laboratory. As the first person in the cleanup crew the player must make their way through the lab in order to stop the mutagen from spreading further and escaping the lab. Armed with a flamethrower, an acid launcher and a laser rifle, the scientist must clear all  3 sections of the lab before safely evacuating back to the exit.

This project was created as part of my second year of university. I learned a wide range of new skills while making this game. From programming in C# to shooter games design and asset creation. Mutagen was developed over a 8 month period and is completely design, developed and polished by myself.
